Komplot Design inledde sitt samarbete med Källemo år 1997. Duon har tilldelats flera stipendier och priser, så som Utmärkt Svensk Form, Red Dot Award "Best of the best", The Thorvald Bindesbøll Medal by the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
Komplot Design finns representerade på bland annat Museum of Modern Art in New York.
